Puppy Baths outside in vintage tubs may be the most fun a Lake Wylie child Photographer can have. Probably not a clients first thought when they contact me for children’s portraits but a total success.
What possibly could a three year old like more than having a warm bubble bath outside with their puppy? ……picking apples while they are in the tub. (Funny side note: this tree is actually a pear tree. We tied apples to the branches 🙂 Thinking outside the box makes our children’s photos unique and dream like.
I can remember as a child some of the things I loved were not necessarily tolerated. One of those things was puppies in the bath. Dogs were bathed outside not in the clean house. As an adult now I do have a specific spot that our pets are bathed…….the clean freak bug in me says, “I don’t wanna clean up all that water from the floor and walls.” The thought of playing with puppies in the bath is still such a fun idea in my mind…….yes, I secretly live through my children’s sessions:)
I have placed my vintage tub under the pear tree, here at Fiery Knoll and will keep it there till the cold weather falls on us and then it will find a home near some pines for creative snow pictures. Till then we will soak up the sun beams ’round here and bath puppies in the outdoor tub.
