I've realized as new moms, busy moms and seasoned moms the common bond we have is wildly loving our children!
Looking over 22+ years of my son's childhood images, I realized there wasn't enough of he and I. One day he will have a fresh prospective on his childhood photos. From his point of view I want them to say, "You are the jewel in your mother's crown and she loves you beyond measure." I wondered how I could show him that through photos? By me being in those photos with him.
You can bet once I realized my mistake it became a passion that I document not just him but, how I LOVE HIM, by getting in front of the lens.
I want the images, I create for my son and for your children, to say YOU are the child I prayed for. I want to give them the gift of how you loved them wildly, fully and endlessly. I know you do too!

I am so fortunate to have Jessica (mother of 2 girls) as our children's assistant. She works beside me when we have mini sessions for children and families and the very coveted Santa sessions. She is the magic in our children's portraits.

I've been married for 23 years
My hubs is my soulmate, friend, lawn man, studio handyman and keeps me laughing. He didn't realize what he was getting into with me :)
My BFF is an 88yr old fellow
He and I have had weekly lunch/dinner dates for over 30 years.
We share our farm with
Wildlife, fish in the pond, 5 chickens, Grumpy my dwarf mini-horse, 3 horses and 5 dogs.

My favorite Podcast lately is Fearless with Cissie Graham Lynch. Perfect for mothers and families with small children. She chats about navigating motherhood, daily life, our current world and tackles kid's questions about God.
What an incredible honor to have so many publications of my photos. It's still the portraits I deliver to my new parents that make me the happiest!
